The financial year of your Owners Corporation is a function of when the original Plan of Subdivision was registered and therefore may or may not align with the Australian financial year. If in doubt, please contact us on (03) 9534 4614
Admin Fund – covers day to day expenses associated with the property (e.g. insurance, electricity, caretaker, water etc).
Maintenance Fund – covers planned or unplanned capital improvements and big-ticket maintenance items (e.g. repainting the building or replacing a lift). The Maintenance Fund of an owners corporation must be used in conjunction with an agreed Maintenance Plan.
For most buildings, we have an online portal where you can log on to check the balance of your account. You should have received login details for the portal following settlement.

This is the reference number used when making electronic payments. Your StrataPay reference number is located at the foot of the levy notice above the due date.

Surcharges are: AMEX 2.40%, Diners 2.65%, MasterCard 1.65% and Visa 1.65%.

Your Tideways Owners Corporation Fee Notice details several payment options available to you. Payments can be made via cheque, EFT, Bpay or credit card. If you wish to pay by cash, this can be processed at your local post office upon presentation of your levy invoice.
Please note that we do not process payments in our office.
Yes, just complete the Direct Debit Form and post it to the postal address (in Queensland) on the form. StrataPay will then be able to set up the payment for you once they have the information.
