Following an 11-year career at a leading global IT and Management consulting firm, Tal Sahar was excited by the prospect of being involved in a new and dynamic industry and joined Tideways in April 2017 as a Director. Tal applies his skills and knowledge in engineering, systems and processes to ensure that the Tideways team is supported by a solid technical foundation both internally and externally. Tal manages a select portfolio of large and prestigious buildings and further assists the team to ensure that all sites are well maintained and appropriately serviced. Outside of work Tal has his hands full raising his two young sons. When he is not finding ways to keep them entertained, he is often found at the gym or playing guitar
