How do I apply for an Owners Corporation Certificate?
Please email certificates@tideways.com.au with the full address of the apartment or townhouse and your desired turnaround time. We will respond as soon as possible with pricing and any other relevant information.
How much does an Owners Corporation Certificate cost?
The cost of an OC certificate is dependant on how urgently it is required. Please see the attached table for an estimated cost:
