For most buildings, we have an online portal where you can update your property manager’s details. You should have received login details for the portal following settlement. If you have misplaced or did not receive a login please contact us at ownerdetails@tideways.com.au and we will resend the details. Alternatively, you are welcome to submit an owner detail update by using this form.
